Based in Atlanta, Georgia, the Jacoby Group focuses on real estate, energy, biotechnology, media, and education – all with an emphasis on sustaining the environment and seeking solutions for tomorrow's generations.

Founded by Jim Jacoby in 1975, the company has expanded its focus from initial endeavors in “traditional” retail center development to a broader vision of embracing and promoting environmental stewardship.

Today, our initiatives include mixed-use development, geocommunities, and greenspace preservation, as well as ventures in healthcare research, environmental and alternative waste-to-energy technology, and new educational tools.
