Marine Land

Live. Work. Play.

Jacoby Development, Inc. is seizing the timely opportunity for growth in the northern Florida markets – driven by the push from and shifts in southern markets – through investing in the historic city of Marineland.

Marineland is home to the world’s first oceanarium and sits at the center of an important environmental zone where the ocean meets the estuary. It was also the spiritual and wellness location for the Timucuan Indians – one of the four original tribes in Florida. The Timucuan’s were substantially taller than the European settlers largely due to their high protein diet, superior oxygen levels, and enriched natural springs from the true “fountain of youth”.

Set on a small enclave surrounded by over 40,000 acres of protected wildlife and estuary on the Atlantic Ocean, Marineland is where “environmentalism meets new urbanism,” according to world reknowned architect Andres Duany.
